Sunken Beds Powered by EM Bokashi

This video is the result of two days planned. On the first day we had my son’s Cub Scout den come out to do a farm tour and to help dig the trenches for the next day’s workshop. During the workshop we decided to put together a huge batch of bokashi using the Bobcat…. This shows a large pile being made. We haven’t been able to get the video of building the bed to work for us, but you don’t really need us to show you how to fill a hole do we? We added in a bokashi/sheep manure/ compost mix with the soil from the beds to fill them. Once full, they were tilled to make them smooth and then the drip tape was laid. Then the seeds were planted. We’ll go back this weekend and get some video of the seeds growing to show you.
